Job Title: Manager – Oracle EPM (Enterprise Performance Management)

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle EPM Manager to lead the implementation, optimization, and support of Oracle Enterprise Performance Management solutions within our organization. The adecuado candidate will be responsible for managing projects related to financial planning, budgeting, consolidation, reporting, and analytics, ensuring that EPM solutions align with corporate strategic goals and comply with local Mexican regulations.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience with Oracle EPM, including implementation, configuration, and support.
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle EPM modules such as Planning, Budgeting, Consolidation, and Reporting.
- Experience leading teams and managing projects in corporate environments.
- Knowledge of Mexican fiscal and accounting regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in English required.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Oracle EPM certifications or experience with certification processes.




- Experience integrating Oracle EPM with ERP systems such as Oracle Cloud ERP, SAP, or others.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the implementation and maintenance of Oracle EPM applications, including planning, budgeting, financial consolidation, reporting, and analytics.
- Manage and mentor the EPM team by assigning tasks, providing technical guidance, and fostering a collaborative, continuous improvement environment.
- Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, IT, and other key stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure integration with other systems.
- Oversee improvement projects, upgrades, and new implementations within the Oracle EPM platform.
- Ensure compliance with Mexican tax and accounting regulations within the processes and reports implemented.
- Develop and maintain technical and user documentation, standards, and best practices.
- Train and support end-users in the effective use of Oracle EPM.
- Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and report results to senior management.
