Are you an Oracle Payroll Cloud expert with deep localization experience in Mexico? We are looking for a seasoned Oracle Payroll Cloud Functional Consultant with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team in Guadalajara, Mexico (Onsite) .
In this role, you will be the ultimate subject matter expert owning the payroll module end-to-end. You will drive high-impact implementation projects and provide robust support, ensuring absolute precision for Mexican statutory requirements, IMSS, SAT, and tax regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Implementations: Successfully design, configure, and deploy Oracle Payroll Cloud across complex, multi-entity environments (minimum 3 full lifecycle implementations required).
- Localization & Compliance: Configure elements, balances, Fast Formulas, tax reporting units, and statutory deductions tailored specifically for Mexico localization.
- Support & Maintenance:
Provide expert-level troubleshooting, handle incident management, and resolve complex payroll calculation or retro-pay issues.
- P1 Support Readiness: Participate in 24x7 P1 rotation schedules to ensure critical production payroll runs without disruption.
- Testing & Upgrades: Manage quarterly Oracle Cloud updates, tax patches, and regression testing.
What We Are Looking For:
- 10–14 years of total IT/functional experience with a primary focus on Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Proven track record of at least 3 full-lifecycle implementations of Oracle Payroll Cloud.
- In-and-out mastery of Mexico Payroll localization (IMSS, INFONAVIT, SAT, CFDI, and statutory reporting).
- Strong hands-on capability with writing and debugging Fast Formulas .
- Ability to work onsite in Guadalajara on a long-term basis.
- Note: Payroll is the core focus of this role. Experience in other HCM modules like Core HR or OTL is a great plus, but deep payroll mastery is non-negotiable.
