Objective:

Ensure the execution and management of Mexico’s Passenger Cars (for delimited carlines)orders according to the production plan, product strategy, mix and seasonality in different systems. Identify and assess the risk of stock-outs that may affect the different production plans. Coordinate and monitor the end-to-end order flow within the supply chain.

Day to day (main tasks):

- Responsible for the fulfilment of production plan orders in accordance with product strategy, mix and seasonality.
- Ensure the creation of orders in the different systems,



avoiding mismatches (IDR handling). Follow up E2E ordering process up to shipment.
- Provide and create demand & orders reports that provide insights for improving demand planning processes.
- Participate in the preparation and coordination of Vehicle ordering committee and analyze insights/feedback.

Profile:

- Education: Bachelor of Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or similar.
- Previous experience: 2 years in a similar position.
- Languages: English Advanced
- Additional Qualifications: Advanced Excel, knowledge of ERP systems and power BI. Experience dealing with dealer or distributor networks. Knowledge about automotive industry and sales processes.
