Role Purpose

- Provide technical leadership for the evolution of OT and Smart Manufacturing capabilities, connecting equipment, automation, and production systems with the enterprise digital architecture.

Responsibilities

- Assess the technological maturity of production lines and plants.

- Identify automation and digitalization opportunities.

- Design OT connectivity standards.

- Coordinate PLC → SCADA/MES → Enterprise integration.

- Lead Ignition-related initiatives.

- Define the automatic data capture strategy.

- Work on OEE, downtime, quality, and traceability initiatives.

- Identify manual processes suitable for automation.

- Evaluate Edge/IIoT solutions.

- Define standards for new production lines.

- Participate in brownfield integration projects.





- Support the Digital Twin strategy.

- Collaborate with Maintenance, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Automation teams.

- Coordinate OT cybersecurity efforts with specialists.

- Identify Line 10 capabilities that can be turned into replicable standards.

Required Experience

- 8+ years in Automation/OT/Manufacturing.

- PLCs and industrial automation.

- SCADA.

- MES/MOM.

- Ignition (desirable).

- OPC-UA/MQTT.

- Historians.

- Industrial networks.

- ISA-95.

- Knowledge of ISA/IEC 62443.

- Edge/IIoT.

- Brownfield experience.
