Role Description The Owner role at F5 in the Aguascalientes Metropolitan Area is a full-time, on-site position responsible for end-to-end ownership of a product, service, or business area. The Owner oversees strategic planning, roadmap definition, and prioritization, ensuring alignment with customer needs, business goals, and F5’s platform vision.

Daily activities include gathering and analyzing stakeholder input, defining requirements, and collaborating closely with engineering, product management, sales, and support teams to drive delivery and continuous improvement. The role also includes monitoring performance and adoption metrics, identifying optimization opportunities, and making data-informed decisions to enhance value and user experience. The Owner is expected to champion operational excellence, manage risk, and foster cross-functional communication to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

- Experience in product or business ownership, including defining vision, strategy, and roadmaps for technology-driven solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with engineering, product, sales,



and customer success teams to deliver complex initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data and metrics to guide decisions and measure impact.
- Solid understanding of cloud, hybrid multicloud, application delivery, or cybersecurity domains; experience with enterprise or mission-critical applications is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business outcomes.
- Proven organizational and prioritization abilities, with a track record of managing multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously.
- Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced, collaborative environment in the Aguascalientes Metropolitan Area.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree or equivalent practical experience is beneficial.
- Prior experience in the software, cloud, networking, or security industry is a plus, as is familiarity with AI-driven application architectures.
