Job Summary We are urgently seeking a warm and highly organized Patient Care Coordinator to join our remote team immediately. This role is open because we are rapidly expanding our patient support operations and need a compassionate professional to handle critical outbound communications. This position offers immediate hiring and long-term stability for an individual who is ready to start right away and dedicated to providing supportive, empathetic patient interactions.
Core Responsibilities
- Proactive Calling: Make consistent outbound calls to patients to deliver information and check on their status.
- Empathetic Engagement: Utilize excellent interpersonal skills to communicate professionally and effectively build rapport.
- Follow-Up Management:
Conduct timely follow-ups with patients to ensure all their needs and concerns have been addressed.
- Call Logging: Accurately document all call outcomes, notes, and patient responses in our internal systems.
Requirements (Must-Haves)
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of recent experience in Patient Care Coordination, Patient Outreach, Medical Cold Calling, or Healthcare Customer Service.
- Availability: Must be available to start immediately.
- Language: Advanced English verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively.
- Communication Skills: Strong collaborative ability, receptive to feedback, and comfortable communicating project updates.
- Core Abilities: High comfort level with frequent outbound calling, strong empathy, exceptional attention to detail, and thorough documentation skills.
- Location: Must currently reside in Latin America.
