Role Description The Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer is a full-time, hybrid role based in Cancún, ROO, with flexibility for some work from home. This role provides comprehensive daily support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and organizing both business and occasional personal tasks.
The Personal
Assistant will prepare documents and presentations, handle correspondence, maintain records, and support the CEO in meeting preparation and follow-up. The role involves liaising with internal teams and external partners, managing priorities, and ensuring smooth communication and workflow around the CEO.

Assistant is expected to maintain confidentiality, anticipate needs,
and create efficient systems that support the CEO’s productivity.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills, including handling complex schedules and supporting senior leadership.
- Candidates should possess Personal Assistance skills, with the ability to manage personal tasks discreetly and support the CEO’s day-to-day needs.
- Candidates should possess Diary Management skills, with experience organizing calendars, coordinating appointments, and prioritizing commitments.
- Candidates should possess Clerical Skills, including document preparation, filing, data entry, and basic office administration.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with high attention to detail and the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Spanish proficiency is an advantage.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism, especially in handling sensitive information.
- Comfort with digital tools and office software (calendar tools, email platforms, presentation and spreadsheet software).
- Previous experience supporting C-level executives or senior leaders is preferred.
- Relevant education or training in business administration, office management, or a related field is beneficial.
