About the Role:

You will be at the center of operations, driving material availability and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure the successful completion of engines at the modular level. Your ability to anticipate risks, manage priorities, and collaborate across the supply chain will directly impact production performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

- Identify and proactively manage critical materials using MRP data and logistics information.
- Track material shortages and drive action plans until parts are released for assembly.
- Coordinate with Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Production, and other key stakeholders to ensure production milestones are met.
- Lead and participate in cross-functional meetings to assess material status, mitigate risks, and accelerate engine completion.
- Support production planning activities based on engine status and delivery commitments.




- Propose material exchange solutions that satisfy customer requirements while maintaining engine airworthiness standards.
- Execute logistics and inventory transactions within the MRP system to support engine completion.
- Analyze inventory levels and identify opportunities to cover shortages and reduce supply risks.
- Develop reports and performance indicators to support decision-making and improve supply chain efficiency.

What We're Looking For

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Advanced English.
- Experience in Supply Chain, Materials Management, Production Planning, or Logistics within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience with SAP (MM, PP, or related modules) for materials planning, inventory management, and production support
- Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems and inventory management processes.
- Advanced Excel skills and Power BI experience for data analysis, KPI tracking, and dashboard development.
