Role Description The Plant Finance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Monterrey, NL. This role is responsible for overseeing plant-level financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as monitoring production costs, variances, and margins.

The Plant Finance

Manager collaborates closely with operations, supply chain, and leadership teams to analyze financial performance, optimize cost structures, and support strategic decision-making. Daily tasks include preparing financial reports, reviewing KPI dashboards, ensuring compliance with internal controls and accounting policies, and identifying opportunities for efficiency and profitability improvements. The role also involves supporting audits, implementing best practices in financial processes, and mentoring team members in financial analysis and reporting.

Qualifications

- Strong financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting skills, with experience in plant or manufacturing finance.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, cost accounting, and variance analysis to support operational and strategic decisions.
- Advanced skills in Excel and financial reporting tools; familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) is preferred.
- Knowledge of accounting principles, internal controls, and audit processes, with the ability to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving,



and data interpretation skills, with attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and lead or guide finance staff as needed.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a relevant professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is an advantage.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in manufacturing finance, plant controlling, or cost accounting.
- Strong understanding of standard costing, inventory management, and variance analysis.
- Experience supporting manufacturing operations in a finance leadership capacity.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities. High level of integrity and accountability.
- Fluent English required.
- Commitment to working on-site in Monterrey, NL.
