BM Plumbing Team is a leading plumbing company based in Brooklyn specializing in new construction installation. We provide high-quality services and are looking to expand our team with a skilled Estimator to work alongside our existing Estimation Team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Review plans, specifications, and scope of work for new projects

· Compile all take-offs necessary for accurate project estimates

· Gather and compare vendor quotes for equipment and materials

· Determine the overall cost of each project

· Create Schedule of Values (SOV) and project schedules

· Prepare and send detailed proposals to clients and follow up as needed

Requirements:

· Strong ability to read and interpret plumbing drawings

· Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

· Proficiency in project estimation and cost determination

· Effective communication skills in English (written and spoken)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month
