KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead and develop the Production Planning team and set planning priorities.

- Develop production schedules based on customer demand, capacity, and material availability.

- Manage sales orders, material shortages, and expediting actions with Purchasing.

- Drive OTIF/OTD performance and meet customer commitments.

- Maintain inventory levels and manage slow-moving obsolete inventory.

- Coordinate plans for new products and engineering changes.

- Analyze data and lead continues improvement in planning, scheduling and material flow.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related. MBA is a plus.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Planning, Scheduling, or Material Planning in manufacturing.

- Previous experience leading a planning team.

- Strong knowledge of MRP planning processes.

- Experience using Oracle, SAP or similar ERP systems.

- Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.

- Experience in plastic injection molding is preferred.

- Bilingual English and Spanish required
