IFF is a integral leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients and health & biosciences. As a Technical Perfumery Reformulation Manager you will be in charge of optimising the resources and the results of the reformulation activities the company is confronted with every year to defend its business. The role is based in Tlalnepantla on a hybrid working scheme.
Initiate, manage and track Value Creation reformulation projects for 8 000 + IFF Scent formulas for regulatory, sustainability, Supply chain and cost reasons: (Develop dashboards and appropriate tools to ensure Technical perfumers & Management are able to track progress as well as optimise number of ingredients in use (15%) Guide and manage Reformulation Project Coordinators to ensure right priority setting are set (15%) Work with IT and FAD to improve processes (Flag management) and data accuracy (15%): Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Perfumery, or a related scientific discipline.
Experience in fragrance development, reformulation, technical project management, or related functions is a plus.
Experience working in cross-functional and global environments. Advanced proficiency in project tracking, reporting, and data analysis tools. Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent
English communication skills, both written and verbal. Knowledge of formulation databases, regulatory requirements, and ingredient portfolio management.
