What will you do in this role?

As a Production Intern, you will actively participate in daily plant operations, collaborating on key projects and supporting advanced manufacturing lines:

- Process Optimization: Direct participation in continuous improvement and production process optimization projects.
- KPI Tracking: Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators, such as TRP, DLE, Scrap, and Safety metrics.
- Production Plan Compliance: Continuous tracking of the production plan to ensure on-time delivery.
- On-Line Support: Direct operational support on production lines to resolve day-to-day issues.
- Advanced Technology: Interaction with plastic injection processes and automated systems / robots.




- Technical Documentation: Drafting and updating operational documentation, standard work instructions, and standard procedures.

What are we looking for?

- Education: Active students pursuing a degree in Industrial, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Polymer, Business Engineering, or related fields.
- Availability: 6 months to 1 year away from graduation (must have valid student health insurance / seguro facultativo).
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
- Language: Intermediate to Advanced English.
- Knowledge / Interests: Interest in plastic injection molding, robotics/automation, and continuous improvement tools.
- Skills: Intermediate Excel skills, proactive attitude, strong analytical ability, detail-oriented, and teamwork skills.
- Location: Querétaro, Qro. (On-site at the plant).

Sueldo: $8,000.00 al mes
