INTANGY is a technology-driven Human Development & High-Performance Hub focused on identifying and developing the natural talents, skills and potential of children and teenagers.

We are looking for an outstanding Psychology graduated student their currently pursuing a Master's degree who wants to gain hands-on experience applying psychology, child development and evidence-based approaches to the development of young talents.

What you will do

- Support the design of talent development and high-performance programs for children and teenagers.
- Research topics related to child development, psychology, emotional intelligence, motivation, learning and high performance.
- Contribute to INTANGY's Growth Parent Journey and parent-development experiences.
- Help translate psychological research into practical activities and experiences for children and families.
- Participate in the development of assessment frameworks and talent-development methodologies.
- Collaborate with specialists from psychology, education, sports, nutrition, technology, and other disciplines.
- Contribute to research and content for INTANGY's digital platform.





What we are looking for a someone
- Currently completing a Master's degree in Psychology, Neuropsychology, Educational Psychology, Child Psychology or a related field.
- Strong academic background.
- Advanced English (C1/C2).
- Genuine interest in child development, talent, learning, and high performance.
- Strong research, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to put academic knowledge into practical experiences.
- Proactive, curious, and highly responsible.
- Availability of approximately 8–12 hours per week.
