Experience: 10 years delivering enterprise software solutions,



including 5 years in Solution or Enterprise Architecture;

experience contributing to enterprise technology strategy within large organizations; proven Solution Train or large-scale delivery experience; strong engineering background with hands-on architecture delivery;

experience with AI/ML, Agentic Architecture, cloud-native platforms, microservices, and enterprise governance. Insurance, reinsurance, or financial services experience is preferred.
