The Procore Implementation Specialist partners with clients to evaluate program management processes and applies technology solutions to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and improve operational efficiency. This role supports successful project execution by integrating tools that enhance cost management, scheduling, and overall process performance. In addition, the specialist drives innovation and workflow optimization to maximize project efficiency and profitability.

The position also works closely with third-party vendors to ensure technology solutions align with and support project controls functions.

Essential Functions

- Configure and maintain project management information system and tools and ensure seamless data integration.
- Automate workflows, enhance reporting, and implement process improvements using technology.
- Evaluate and deploy new tools to enhance project controls, efficiency, and decision-making.
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure system compatibility, functionality enhancements,



and user adoption.
- Provide training and end user support for teams to maximize technology adoption and utilization.
- Develop standard operating procedures and workflow diagrams.
- Attend industry events and vendor showcases to stay informed on trends and drive innovation.
- Lead requirements gathering and oversee task distribution and quality control to offshore teams to ensure alignment with project goals.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of project controls best practices, procedures and industry standards.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships.
- Strong knowledge and proficient in standard engineering techniques and procedures for project and program management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent presentation skills with internal and external audiences of various sizes.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail, facilitation, team building, collaboration, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability of advanced learning of new concepts and applying knowledge to deliverables.
- Experience working in Agile teams.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related degree from an accredited program and 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in the engineering, procurement, construction or consulting industry required.
