About the Role

This position offers an excellent opportunity for professionals who are passionate about procurement, supply chain management, supplier development, and continuous improvement within a dynamic automotive manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

- Manage procurement activities for raw materials, tooling, spare parts, and operational services.
- Execute MRP-generated action messages, including releasing, expediting, rescheduling, and canceling purchase orders.
- Source and purchase products and services from suppliers in Mexico, the United States, and other international markets.
- Evaluate supplier quotations, negotiate commercial terms, lead times, and delivery commitments.
- Maintain and administer purchase orders and supplier schedules within the MRP system.
- Monitor inventory levels and support material planning requirements to ensure continuous production.
- Coordinate deliveries based on production forecasts, market conditions, warehouse capacity, and material availability.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Track supplier performance, costs,



delivery metrics, and procurement records.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, quality standards, operational excellence programs, and compliance requirements.
- Ensure uninterrupted supply of materials and prevent production downtime caused by material shortages.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, or Material Planning.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
- Experience working with suppliers and purchasing processes.
