? We’re Hiring | Production Supervisor

At Hussmann Technologies de Baja California, we are looking for a Production Supervisor to join our Manufacturing team in Tijuana, B.C.

We are looking for a results-driven professional with strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in manufacturing operations, capable of leading production teams while ensuring compliance with Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Productivity objectives.

? Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise daily production activities to achieve production schedules and operational targets.
- Manage, coach, and develop production employees.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.
- Monitor key performance indicators such as productivity, efficiency, quality, scrap, downtime, and attendance.
- Coordinate personnel and resources according to production priorities.
- Identify production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Work closely with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Materials, Planning, and Human Resources.
- Ensure compliance with standardized work instructions and established manufacturing processes.
- Support training, cross-training, and employee development.
- Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities.
- Drive continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and waste-reduction initiatives.
- Promote a positive work environment focused on teamwork, accountability, safety, and results.

? What We’re Looking For





- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Production Supervisor or similar manufacturing leadership roles.
- Proven experience leading production teams.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and production KPIs.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, continuous improvement, and root cause analysis.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems is a plus.
- English proficiency is a plus.
