We are looking for an experienced

Java Production Support Engineer to provide L3 application support for business-critical Java applications. The role involves monitoring production environments, troubleshooting application issues, performing root-cause analysis, coordinating with development and infrastructure teams, and ensuring timely resolution of incidents while maintaining application availability and performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide

L3 production support for Java/J2EE applications.

- Monitor application health, logs, alerts, batch jobs, and system performance.

- Troubleshoot

Java application issues, production failures, performance problems, and integration issues

.

- Perform root cause analysis (RCA)

and implement permanent fixes.

- Analyze application and server logs using tools such as

Splunk, ELK, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, or similar

.

- Troubleshoot

REST/SOAP APIs, web services, database connectivity, and third-party integrations

.

- Write and execute

SQL queries for data validation and production issue analysis.





- Work with development teams on code-level troubleshooting and defect resolution.

- Handle incident, problem, and change management processes.

- Participate in production deployments, release validation, and post-deployment monitoring

.

- Ensure compliance with

SLA, incident response, and escalation procedures

.
