Responsible for supporting the production area, the Production Trainee assists the Production Leader in the performance of the assigned production lines in terms of HSE, Quality, Deliveries, Cost, Resources, and Innovation. He/She supports the follow-up of action and improvement plans, contributes to cost control initiatives, monitors production performance indicators, and participates in continuous improvement activities while developing technical and operational knowledge of the manufacturing processes./Responsable de brindar apoyo al área de producción, el Practicante de Producción asiste al Líder de Producción en el desempeño de las líneas de producción asignadas en términos de HSE, Calidad, Entregas, Costos, Recursos e Innovación. Apoya en el seguimiento de los planes de acción y mejora, contribuye a las iniciativas de control de costos, monitorea los indicadores de desempeño de producción y participa en actividades de mejora continua mientras desarrolla conocimientos técnicos y operativos de los procesos de manufactura.

Job Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. / Estudiante de últimos semestres o recién egresado de Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería Mecánica, Ingeniería en Manufactura, Ingeniería Química o carrera afín. Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement methodologies. / Conocimientos básicos de procesos de manufactura, Lean Manufacturing y metodologías de mejora continua.

Basic understanding of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) and Quality standards.



/ Conocimientos básicos de Salud, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente (HSE) y estándares de Calidad.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. / Manejo de Microsoft Office, especialmente Excel y PowerPoint.

Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred). / Conocimiento de sistemas ERP (SAP deseable).

Intermediate English proficiency (spoken and written). / Nivel de inglés intermedio (hablado y escrito).
