ROLE & RESPONSABILITIES:

- Define Key Skills: Map the required technical and leadership skills for Supervisors, Technicians, and Leaders in PWC.
- Skill Assessment: Perform simple surveys and interviews with this group to find skill gaps.
- Build the Training Plan: Design a clear training schedule divided into Leadership Skills (for Supervisors/Leaders) and Technical Problem Solving (for Technicians).
- Create Support Materials: Help develop basic guides, visual standard work instructions, and quick reference tools for daily floor management.
- Pilot & Feedback: Launch the first training sessions with a small group and gather feedback to improve future courses.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

- Interest in training and development programs.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing environments and continuous improvement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset for data collection and assessment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to create visual materials and process documentation.
- English intermediate to advanced.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Current student (6th semester onward) in: Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
