We’re Hiring: Program Manager – NPD & Operations! ️

Location: Querétaro, Mexico (Allegion Manufacturing Facility)

Are you an experienced Program Manager passionate about driving New Product Development (NPD) from concept to mass production? We are looking for a Program Manager – NPD & Operations to lead high-impact programs and process improvement initiatives in a world-class manufacturing environment!

In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams (Production, Advanced Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Product Management, Supply Chain, IT, and Finance) to ensure program execution aligns with scope, budget, schedule, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead cross-functional teams to define project execution strategies, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Manage end-to-end program lifecycles for NPD, value engineering, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor project milestones, mitigate risks, and drive root-cause issue resolution.




- Prepare and lead formal project reviews and status updates with Senior Leadership.
- Coach team members on the Product Development Process and project management best practices.
- Travel up to 20% (domestically and internationally) as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or Business.
- 5+ years of Program Management experience, with at least 3+ years leading cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record managing product-centric programs from concept to production.
- Strong problem-solving, business acumen, and executive-level communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Project Management software tools.
- Preferred: PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or Enterprise Excellence certifications; experience with Agile methodologies.
