Project Coordinator (Technical / Systems Integration)

About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Project Coordinator with a strong technical background and analytical mindset to manage and coordinate technology projects end-to-end. In this role, you will align project scope, manage risks, coordinate testing and system integrations, and drive process optimization while collaborating closely with cross-functional engineering and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Project Management: Coordinate technical initiatives from initial requirements analysis through technical execution, pre-production testing, and final delivery.
- Process Optimization & Efficiency: Identify operational bottlenecks and implement automated, integrated solutions to reduce review cycles and margin of error.
- Scope & Risk Management: Define delivery milestones, manage project scope, and mitigate risks to ensure strict SLA compliance and quality standards.
- System & Data Integration: Coordinate the implementation of data pipelines, telemetry tools, API integrations, and workflow automations across enterprise systems.
- Technical Validation & Testing: Lead pre-production testing phases for operational initiatives, AI-driven agents, and system automation tools.
- Methodologies & Reporting: Leverage Agile/Scrum frameworks and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, ServiceNow) to provide status visibility and support continuous improvement.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechatronics,



Computer, Software, Systems) or Computer Science / IT.
- Certifications / Postgraduate: Postgraduate studies or specialization in Project Management is a strong plus.
- Professional Experience: Hands-on experience coordinating technical projects, IT reliability/SRE initiatives, process automation, or software integration.
- Project Management Skills: Solid understanding of technical project lifecycles, Agile/Scrum methodologies, MS Project, and risk & scope management.
- Technical Proficiency: Foundational or working knowledge of Python, SQL, workflow automation (Power Automate), and software architecture concepts.
- Cloud & DevOps Tools: Familiarity with Cloud Platforms (GCP / AWS), ITSM tools (ServiceNow), and monitoring/telemetry solutions (e.g., Datadog).
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving capabilities, process analysis skills, and focus on operational uptime and metrics.
- Languages: Advanced / Fluent English for working with integral teams or international stakeholders.

Nice to Have / Preferred Qualifications

- Cloud Certifications (e.g., Google Cloud Associate, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner).
- Enterprise architecture framework knowledge (e.g., TOGAF).
- Experience with projects involving AI-driven agents, automation, or robotics/hardware-software integration.
