Lead customer deployments of AI-driven procurement and supply chain platform. Own end-to-end delivery from requirements definition through go-live and adoption, partnering with customers, product teams, and technical specialists. You'll drive scope clarity, create structured documentation, and ensure customers get maximum value from the platform.

? WHAT YOU'D DO:

- Conduct structured discovery sessions to capture business, functional, and technical requirements; produce detailed BRDs and Statements of Work to align expectations with delivery execution.
- Own delivery lifecycle from initiation through go-live, ensuring project plans, timelines, and milestones stay on track and stakeholder alignment is maintained.
- Coordinate deployment activities including testing, validation, and readiness assessments; plan and deliver end-user training to ensure smooth adoption.
- Act as central coordinator across customers and partners; maintain clear communication and status reporting across all levels.
- Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and scope changes early ; drive resolution through cross-functional coordination.




- Support development of standardized delivery playbooks and best practices to scale ID8's implementation model.

? WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Project Management, Computer Science, or related field.
- 4+ years of project management experience in SaaS , software , or technology environments .
- Advanced English (C1/C2) for daily stakeholder communication.
- Proven ability to deliver complex, multi-stakeholder implementations with demonstrated success creating BRDs, SOWs, and solution documentation .
- Strong ability to capture, structure, and communicate complex requirements clearly to both technical and business stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of software deployment, SaaS delivery models, data integrations, and system workflows.
- ⭐️ PLUS: Background in procurement, supply chain, or operations; experience with AI-driven or data-driven platforms; startup or scale-up environment experience; familiarity with enterprise delivery models.
