Must-Haves

- 2-5 years of experience in PMO, project coordination, delivery, or QA/testing coordination.
- Strong tracking discipline with the ability to proactively follow up on status updates and hold owners accountable to deadlines.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, filtering, and reconciliations; comfortable working with dashboards and reporting.
- Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with senior stakeholders.
- Highly detail-oriented and proactive, with the ability to identify gaps and drive issues through resolution.
- Ability to work effectively across global time zones (EMEA, APAC, and LATAM) with distributed teams.

Plusses

- Exposure to SAP/ERP separations, cutovers, or large-scale transformation programs.
- Familiarity with Jira, qTest, and other test management tools.
- Experience supporting business testing efforts, including E2E and UAT testing lifecycles.
- Experience with reporting automation tools such as Power BI or Power Query.

The Junior Project Manager will support a large-scale integral testing program by coordinating testing activities, tracking execution metrics, consolidating status reporting, and helping drive adherence to aggressive project timelines. This individual will partner closely with business and IT testing leads to gather data from multiple sources, maintain dashboards and reports, track risks and action items, and provide visibility into testing progress across multiple countries and workstreams. They will own reporting and coordination efforts for assigned business processes, help prepare executive-level status updates, follow up with stakeholders to ensure deliverables stay on track, and assist with reporting automation initiatives as the program scales from hundreds to thousands of applications through future testing waves
