Key Responsibilities
- Tenant & Listing Management: Serve as the primary contact for tenant inquiries and general concerns, while assisting with the active management of property listings.
- Maintenance & Vendor Oversight: Coordinate with external contractors and vendors to schedule repairs, conduct inspections, and manage property turnovers effectively.
- Administrative & Financial Operations: Handle lease-related documentation, maintain accurate property records, and conduct consistent follow-ups on rent payments and outstanding balances.
What You Bring (Requirements)
- Professional Background: At least 2+ years of recent experience in Property Management, tenant relations, and real estate operations.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience utilizing property management software, listing platforms, and overseeing residential or commercial portfolios.
- Language & Communication: Advanced English speaking and written communication skills.
- Location: Must currently reside in Latin America.
