Job Summary We are actively seeking a reliable and proactive Property Manager to drive the daily operational success of our real estate portfolio. This fully remote position handles everything from tenant relations and listing management to vendor scheduling and lease administration. This is an immediate hiring need designed for an organized professional seeking long-term stability and career growth within a dynamic real estate environment.
Core Responsibilities
- Tenant & Portfolio Operations: Address tenant inquiries, manage real estate listings, and resolve operational concerns with a high degree of professionalism.
- Maintenance Logistics: Coordinate seamlessly with vendors, contractors, and inspectors to handle repairs, manage move-ins/move-outs,
and execute efficient property turnovers.
- Account Administration: Maintain up-to-date property and tenant records, process lease documentation, and follow up diligently on rent collection and outstanding accounts.
Requirements (Must-Haves)
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of recent experience in Property Management, tenant relations, and real estate.
- Language: Advanced English verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively.
- Communication Skills: Strong collaborative ability, receptive to feedback, and comfortable communicating project updates.
- Core Abilities: High organizational proficiency, strong problem-solving capabilities, and prior experience using property management software and listing platforms.
- Location: Must currently reside in Latin America.
