Job Summary

Job summary: To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Purchasing Direct Supervisor located in Guadalajara, South Campus.

This role involves overseeing activities related to the procurement of direct materials, parts, components and equipment, and direct/coordinates activities of personnel engaged in procurement.

What a typical day looks like:

- Placing purchase orders.
- Expediting materials.
- Managing PO pushouts and cancellations.
- Monitoring and reviewing purchasing KPIs.
- Managing inventory.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business or Engineering).
- Mid-level experience in direct procurement. I
- Intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency.
- Proficient in Outlook and the Microsoft Office Suite.




- ERP experience (BAAN preferred).
- Strong organizational skills.
- Diligent follow-up.
- Sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
