? We're Hiring: Purchasing Manager ?

At Sanhua Mexico, we are looking for an experienced and strategic Purchasing Manager to join our team in Ramos Arizpe, Coahuila.

This role is idóneo for procurement professionals with a strong background in manufacturing, supplier development, strategic sourcing, and cost optimization. You will play a key role in ensuring supply continuity, driving purchasing excellence, and supporting the company's growth through effective supplier partnerships and procurement strategies.

✅ Lead sourcing and supplier selection initiatives

✅ Manage raw materials, indirect materials, MRO, services, and CAPEX procurement projects

✅ Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements with suppliers

✅ Drive cost reduction initiatives and procurement KPI performance





✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational and business objectives

✅ Develop and strengthen supplier networks across Mexico

? Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or related field

- 5+ years of purchasing and strategic sourcing experience in manufacturing

- Strong supplier management and contract negotiation skills

- Experience with RFQ/RFP processes and CAPEX projects

- Budget management and procurement KPI reporting experience

- Advanced project management and leadership skills

- Fluent English (C1)
