Qualifications

- Experience: 7+ years in QA, including 2–3 years in a Lead role.
- Domain expertise: Strong background in IoT, Embedded Systems, and Wireless technologies.
- Client management: Proven client-facing experience, including direct interaction, status reporting, and escalation management.
- Automation & Scripting: Solid working knowledge of Python for scripting, test automation frameworks, and data analysis.
- Embedded Systems: Hands-on experience with Embedded Linux environments (configuration, troubleshooting, and embedded testing methodologies).
- Languages: Advanced/Fluent English (written and verbal) for seamless integral communication.

Responsibilities

- Leadership & Client Engagement: Serve as the primary client-facing QA lead,



managing status reporting, escalation processes, and defining overall test strategies.
- Automation & Frameworks: Design, build, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks for mobile and embedded systems.
- Embedded Testing: Implement comprehensive test plans and perform testing methodologies to ensure the configuration, performance, and reliability of IoT/Embedded platforms.
- Environment & Quality Optimization: Maintain and optimize robust test environments, drive sign-off processes, and continuously enhance existing QA and development techniques.
- Root Cause & Code Analysis: Analyze solution designs, conduct peer code reviews, perform deep root cause analysis on identified defects, and track issues in designated tools.
- Regression & Release Management: Build and manage regression test suites, develop clear test reports, and publish release notes for key internal and external stakeholders.
