? The Mission
Currently, the system-level Test Plan (TPS) involves a high volume of manual test cases, creating repetitive work for our engineers with every service pack or patch.
Your mission is to provide, implement, and maintain a robust test automation solution for Service Pack and Patch qualification, while automating the existing backlog of manual tests in the TPS. ?️
? Key Responsibilities
- Test Plan Strategy: Develop and maintain the regression test suite.
- Test Automation: Automate the entire existing regression suite from the ground up.
- Expansion: Scale the automated regression suite with new test scenarios as needed. ?
- Documentation: Maintain and update comprehensive Test Plan documentation. ?
? Mandatory Skills & Experience
- ? Python & Squish: 5+ years of hands-on experience.
- ? Unix/Linux Environment: 3+ years of experience.
- ? QA Processes & Test Environment Management: 5+ years of experience.
- ? Agile & JIRA: 4–5 years working in agile teams with collaboration tools.
- ? Test Automation (Selenium): 3+ years of experience.
- ?️ Databases: 2–3+ years of knowledge in Oracle, MongoDB, or InfluxDB.
- ? Functional Testing: 4+ years as an expert across all types of functional tests.
- ? Education: University Degree in a relevant field.
