Experience
- 5+ years in manufacturing quality assurance or quality engineering.
- Hands-on experience managing the Quality Validation phase of a manufacturing line move.
Technical Skills
- Deep expertise in writing and executing IQ / OQ / PQ (Installation, Operational, and Performance Qualification) protocols.
- Expertise in creating Control Plans, FMEAs (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), and Process Capability Studies (Cpk/Ppk) for the new line.
- Experience with PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) or customer-specific first-article sign-off frameworks.
Soft Skills / Operational Style
- Meticulous documentation skills to ensure audit-ready validation files.
- Strong communication skills to interface directly with the client's quality team and manage customer expectations during the transition.
