Role Description The Quality Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Nogales, SON. This role is responsible for monitoring and improving product and process quality across manufacturing operations, including performing root cause analysis, implementing corrective and preventive actions, and maintaining quality documentation.

The Quality

Engineer collaborates with cross-functional teams in engineering, production, and supply chain to resolve quality issues, support continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with internal standards and customer requirements. Day-to-day tasks may include conducting inspections and audits, analyzing quality data and metrics, supporting qualification and validation activities, and working with suppliers to address nonconformities. The role also involves preparing reports,



participating in customer and internal reviews, and contributing to the development of robust quality procedures.

- QualificationsStrong skills in Quality Engineering and Quality Management to design, implement, and maintain effective quality systems.
- Experience in Quality Control and Quality Assurance to oversee inspections, testing, and compliance with standards.
- Ability to manage Product Quality, including identifying defects, analyzing trends, and driving improvements across the product lifecycle.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, preferably in electronics or RF components, and familiarity with industry standards (e.g., ISO 900, AITF 16949 and similar).
- Proficiency in data analysis, problem-solving, and root cause methodologies (such as 8D, DMAIC, or similar tools).
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with production, engineering, and customer-facing teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with statistical process control (SPC), measurement systems analysis (MSA), and use of quality-related software tools is an advantage.
- English Language Skills:Intermediate to advanced proficiency in written and spoken English required.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and global teams.
- Strong technical writing and presentation skills.
- Ability to prepare reports, lead meetings, and present complex information clearly.
