We are looking for a Quote to Cash Analyst to join our team in Monterrey. This role will focus on managing the Quote to Cash workflow, supporting billing operations, analyzing account discrepancies, and providing high-level support to internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Quote to Order workflow through CRM, CPQ, Order Management, and Licensing tools.
- Support billing operations and related processes.
- Analyze and resolve complex account discrepancies.
- Perform account reconciliations.
- Process credits, rebills, and invoice corrections.
- Analyze and resolve billing and invoicing issues.
- Perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve complex problems.
- Provide high-level support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate and timely execution of Quote to Cash processes.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Billing Operations, Account Reconciliations, Credits/Rebills, and invoice corrections.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce (SFDC) — required.




- Experience with ServiceNow — preferred.
- Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with Quote to Cash, Billing, Invoicing, Account Management, or Order Management processes.
- Knowledge of CRM, CPQ, and order management systems.

Preferred:

- Valid US Visa.
- Valid Passport.
