Homeowner Outreach | Conversations | Lead Development

We are looking for a confident, personable, and motivated Sales Representative to work with a real estate agent and connect with homeowners who may be interested in selling their property.

The representative will be provided with a list of homeowners to contact. The goal is not simply to call and ask, "Are you interested in selling?" This position requires someone who knows how to have a real conversation, engage people, ask the right questions, and create interest even when the homeowner may not initially be ready to sell.

We need someone who is comfortable speaking with different personalities, knows how to listen, can think on their feet, and understands how to keep a conversation moving naturally.

They should be able to uncover the homeowner's situation,



understand their needs and motivation, handle objections, and recognize a real opportunity. When a homeowner is interested in selling, the representative will continue the conversation, gather the necessary information, follow up consistently, and help move the opportunity forward toward a potential deal.

A successful call is not about reading a script - it is about building rapport, creating a conversation, identifying an opportunity, and knowing how to follow through.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100.00 - $120.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
