Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Recruiter to support the company's hiring needs across construction, manufacturing, field operations, and corporate functions.

This is a hands-on, full-cycle recruiting role responsible for managing multiple open positions simultaneously, sourcing and engaging candidates, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, and supporting hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

The adecuado candidate has experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment and is comfortable managing multiple priorities while delivering a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.

Qualifications

- 2–5 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through offer acceptance.
- Experience recruiting in a fast-paced or high-volume environment.
- Construction, manufacturing, skilled trades, industrial, field operations,



or similar industry experience is preferred.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean search, and other recruiting platforms. • Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and competing priorities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with hiring managers and internal teams.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience recruiting for skilled trades, construction, manufacturing, or field-based positions.
- Experience supporting high-growth or high-volume hiring initiatives.
- Familiarity with recruiting hourly, salaried, technical, and operational employees.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or similar sourcing platforms.
