Call Center Services International (CCSI) is looking for a Recruiter to join our team and help us attract, evaluate, and select talented professionals across the organization.

You’ll manage the recruitment process from understanding hiring needs to selecting and onboarding candidates. If you enjoy interviewing, identifying talent, and helping people find the right opportunity, we’d love to hear from you.

Requirements

What You'll Do

- Source candidates through job boards, social media, databases, and other channels.
- Review resumes and conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews.
- Pre-screen and evaluate candidates based on position requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate information and recruitment records.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Support offers, background checks, and onboarding.
- Manage multiple vacancies and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

What We're Looking For





- 1–2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience ( Admin positions are a plus).
- Experience interviewing, pre-screening, and evaluating candidates.
- Experience sourcing candidates through job boards and other recruitment channels.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organization and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies at the same time.
- Experience with recruitment systems/CRMs and Microsoft Office.
- Fluent English and Spanish.
- Bachelor's degree or studies in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
