We’re looking for a hands-on Recruitment & HR Manager to help build and scale the sales organization of a growing U.S.-based company specializing in business financing solutions for small and mid-sized businesses .

This is not a traditional HR administrative role.

Your primary responsibility will be finding, engaging, screening, and onboarding U.S.-based sales representatives who will work directly with business owners seeking financing solutions.

You’ll own the recruiting process while helping create the systems and onboarding experience needed to build a successful, performance-driven sales team.

? What You’ll Do

- Source and proactively engage potential sales representatives across the U.S.
- Build a consistent pipeline of candidates for sales and business development positions.
- Conduct candidate outreach through LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen candidates and conduct preliminary interviews.
- Evaluate candidates for communication skills, sales ability, motivation, resilience, and fit within a performance-driven environment.
- Effectively present the company, opportunity, earning potential, and business model to prospective candidates.
- Clearly explain the role, commission structure, sales environment, expectations, and performance standards.
- Manage candidates throughout the recruiting and selection process.
- Create and implement a structured onboarding process for new sales representatives.




- Develop onboarding documentation, training resources, guidelines, and internal materials.
- Track recruiting activity, pipeline performance, and key hiring metrics.
- Partner directly with company leadership to continuously improve recruiting and onboarding strategies.

? What We’re Looking For

- 3+ years of experience in Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, HR, Sales Management, or a related field .
- Strong hands-on recruiting and interviewing experience.
- Experience recruiting sales, business development, or other performance-driven professionals .
- Experience hiring and/or managing commission-only sales representatives is highly preferred.
- Advanced or fluent English with strong verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable proactively sourcing and approaching passive candidates.
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment abilities.
- Ability to confidently present and sell a career opportunity to prospective candidates.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple candidates and priorities simultaneously.
- Independent and comfortable working in a fully remote environment.

⭐ Nice to Have

- Experience recruiting within financial services, lending, fintech, insurance, or other high-performance sales environments .
- Business development or partnership development experience.
- Previous experience recruiting candidates in the U.S.
- Experience building recruiting and onboarding processes from scratch.
- Experience with commission-driven or high-volume sales organizations.
- Familiarity with ATS, CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing platforms.
