We are seeking a Regulatory Affairs Coordinator (Internship) to join our team in Polanco, Mexico City. This full-time, on-site position and is available for immediate start.

The Regulatory Affairs Coordinator Responsibilities:

- Prepare and maintain regulatory documentation, including assembling drug product and medical device dossiers.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate regulatory submissions to relevant health authorities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support regulatory needs.

Qualifications:
- Expertise in regulatory documentation, submissions, and compliance requirements
- Proven experience in regulatory affairs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Experience With Excel, Email, Online Platforms & More.
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry,



or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Experience assembling drug product and medical device dossiers (essential).
- Experience with government tenders (a plus).
- Pharmaceutical industry experience (a plus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.

One of the following qualification is a PLUS:
- Pharmaceutical Chemist (Químico Farmacéutico Biólogo – QFB)
- Pharmacist (Licenciado en Farmacia)
- Medical Doctor (Médico Cirujano)
- Pharmacovigilance Responsible Certificate
- Pharmaceutical industry experience (a plus).
