We are looking for bilingual Sales Representatives based in Mexico to sell digital solutions remotely to small businesses in the United States.

This is an independent, commission-based sales opportunity.

There is no base salary and no guaranteed hourly pay.

Your income is generated through commissions, referral commissions, and performance bonuses.

You will communicate directly with business owners in the United States, so strong conversational English is required.

What You’ll Do

- Prospect small businesses in the United States
- Contact business owners through outbound calls, messages, email, and follow-up
- Ask simple discovery questions to understand their needs
- Present the most appropriate digital solution
- Use company-provided demos, sales materials, scripts, and CRM tools
- Follow up with interested prospects until a decision is made
- Build your own sales pipeline
- Refer other qualified Sales Representatives if you choose

Compensation This position is 100% commission-based.

There is no base salary.

You can earn in three ways:

1. Direct Sales Commission

Earn 30% commission on your own eligible sales.

Current commission examples

- Professional: US$284.10
- Premium: US$449.10
- Growth: up to US$899.10

2. Referral Commission Refer another Sales Representative and earn an additional 5% ongoing commission on eligible sales generated by that person.

This applies only to people you directly refer.

There is only one referral level.

You are not paid simply for referring or registering someone. The referral commission is generated only when that person produces an eligible collected sale.

3. Performance Bonuses





Your own eligible sales generate performance points:

- Professional = 1 point
- Premium = 1.5 points
- Growth = 3 points

Every 10 points unlocks a US$300 performance bonus. Extra points carry forward toward your next bonus.

Requirements

- Based in Mexico
- Strong spoken English
- Comfortable speaking with business owners in the United States
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and cold outreach
- Good communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Comfortable working without a guaranteed base salary
- Sales experience is preferred

Important This is not a salaried position.

There is no guaranteed base pay.

Earnings depend on your own sales activity, eligible collected payments, direct referrals, and performance bonuses.
