Remote Bookkeeper – QuickBooks Experience Required La Senda Enterprises is seeking an experienced and dependable Remote Bookkeeper to manage the day-to-day bookkeeping needs of multiple business clients. This position requires strong QuickBooks knowledge, excellent organization, and the ability to communicate professionally in English.

This is a full-time remote position. Compensation will be paid in U.S. dollars (USD).

Responsibilities

- Manage the bookkeeping for up to 25 client accounts.
- Categorize bank and credit card transactions accurately.
- Complete monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Review financial records and identify missing, duplicate, or incorrectly categorized transactions.
- Maintain organized and current bookkeeping records for every assigned client.
- Prepare Profit and Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, and other financial reports.
- Track outstanding items and communicate with clients or team members to obtain missing information.
- Meet monthly closing deadlines and follow established company procedures.
- Document account progress, unresolved issues, and completed work.
- Communicate regularly with supervisors and participate in remote team meetings.
- Protect confidential client and financial information.

Required Qualifications

- At least two years of professional bookkeeping experience using QuickBooks.




- Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Online and/or QuickBooks Desktop.
- Ability to speak, read, and write English professionally.
- Experience managing multiple clients or company accounts simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of reconciliations, transaction categorization, financial statements, and general bookkeeping principles.
- Ability to manage up to 25 accounts while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills.
- Reliable computer, high-speed internet connection, and a private remote workspace.
- Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and communicate problems promptly.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working for an accounting or bookkeeping firm.
- Experience with sales tax, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or year-end bookkeeping.
- Experience preparing financial records for tax returns.

Compensation

- Compensation is paid in U.S. dollars (USD).
- Pay will be based on experience, QuickBooks proficiency, and overall qualifications.

Pay: $17,500.00 - $21,000.00 per month
