We're a US marketing agency serving real estate professionals nationwide, with a sales team of over 50 people. We're adding a Sales Closer based in Mexico to take booked calls with US real estate prospects and sign them as clients.
Here's the part that matters: you don't prospect and you don't cold call. Our setters fill your calendar with qualified appointments, and every person you speak to has already agreed to the call. You run the meeting and you close it.
Day to Day
- Take scheduled calls with pre-qualified prospects and present our services.
- Move each deal through our sales process, from first call to signed agreement.
- Work through questions and objections in a professional way.
- Keep your CRM notes accurate and current.
What We're Looking For
- Strong spoken and written English. All calls are in English with US-based clients, so you have to be comfortable and clear on a live call.
- A history of closing sales, preferably over phone or video.
- The discipline to work independently and hit your numbers.
- A stable internet connection and a quiet place to take calls.
- You live in Mexico.
Pay
- Base: 5,200 MXN per week.
- Commission: 680 MXN per closed deal, on top of base, uncapped.
- Full-time independent contractor.
