Role Description The Sales Development Representative is a full-time, remote role, responsible for driving new patient and partner growth for MOTION RX. On a day-to-day basis, this role identifies and qualifies leads through outbound and inbound outreach, including phone calls, emails, social media, and in-person community engagement. The SDR will follow up with prospects, schedule consultations, and maintain accurate records in the CRM system to track pipeline activity and conversion.

The SDR will also participate in local events,



build relationships with gyms, sports teams, and community organizations, and provide clear, professional communication to ensure a positive first impression of MOTION RX. Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing prospective clients. Candidates should possess effective Communication and Sales skills to build rapport, present services clearly, and convert leads into booked evaluations.

Ability to use CRM or sales tracking tools, manage a structured follow-up process, and report on key metrics and outcomes. Comfort engaging with athletes and active adults, with interest or experience in sports, fitness, or healthcare preferred. associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred. Qualify and nurture leads by understanding their needs and educating them on how our services can help through an empathetic and effective sales process Track leads, interactions, and conversions using our clinic’s CRM Sales Objection Handling out of network for the initial evaluation Respond to inter-team communication in slack within 5minutes Maintain accurate & up to date tracking in reporting sheets & CRM daily & weekly Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities across multiple locations simultaneously Healthcare software proficiency (or quick learning ability) with systems like Go High Level Comfortable working remotely in US (EST) hours while maintaining strong presence and accountability across physical locations Self-starter who manages schedule, priorities, and deadlines without requiring direct supervision Job Type: Full-time Work Location: Remote
