We are looking for:

Sales Coordinator (apply with your resume in English).

Profile

- Associate's degree in Industrial Eng., Mechatronics, Administration, etc.
- Minimum 6 months experience of experience in the plastic injection molding or similar industry.
- Advanced English.
- Availability to travel for Training (Austria).
- Passport and VISA
- Skills: Teamwork collaborate for results, effective communication, planning, negotiation, honesty, problem solving, responsibility, innovation, decision making (operational).

Main Responsibilities:

Quotation process

- Reviews RFQs to confirm quote was set up as needed
- Completes quote entry into the ENGEL quote system (eVIS)
- selects technical options modified per RFQ




- Requests retrofit/reconfig. pricing and timing via engineering and spare parts managers (as needed)
- Add commercial conditions per RFQ

Order process:
- Handle new orders, confirm purchase orders and partners, update terms, send trigger emails, and manage retrofit/reconfiguration entries.
- Update order progress, send confirmations and drawings, review calculations, and process order changes.

Language Requirements
- A strong command of English, Spanish is essential - both verbal and written.
