Job title: Sales Representative — Cable Assemblies & Wiring Harnesses (Ciudad Juárez)

Sell custom-engineered solutions to the Juárez manufacturing base.

POWERsonic Industries builds custom cable assemblies, wiring harnesses, control panels, and electro-mechanical assemblies for manufacturers worldwide. We're hiring a Sales Representative to own the Ciudad Juárez territory and work hand-in-hand with our El Paso facility just across the border.

This is a quota-carrying territory role for someone who's comfortable walking a plant floor, talking specs with an engineer, and closing with purchasing — in Spanish and English.

What you'll do

- Own the Ciudad Juárez and greater Chihuahua territory, including maquiladora and IMMEX operations
- Prospect and win new accounts across material handling, automotive tier, appliance, medical device, and industrial OEM manufacturing
- Build relationships with engineering, purchasing, quality, and operations leadership at each account
- Gather technical requirements — drawings, BOMs, wire and connector specs, volumes — and drive accurate quotes with our inside sales and engineering teams
- Present POWERsonic's capabilities and general manufacturing footprint to customers on site
- Negotiate pricing and terms within approved authority
- Keep your pipeline, forecast,



and CRM records current, and report territory activity weekly
- Coordinate with El Paso on scheduling, logistics, and cross-border delivery

What you need

- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- A track record of opening new accounts and hitting quota
- Full professional fluency in Spanish and English
- Ability to read technical drawings, BOMs, and customer specifications
- Valid Mexican driver license and reliable transportation
- Valid passport and current authorization to enter the United States — this role travels to our El Paso facility regularly
- Legal authorization to work in Mexico

Nice to have

- Experience selling wiring harnesses, cable assemblies, control panels, or electro-mechanical contract manufacturing
- Material handling market experience
- Technical or engineering background
- Working knowledge of maquiladora/IMMEX operations, customs documentation, and USMCA content rules
- Familiarity with IPC/WHMA-A-620 and ISO 9001
- An existing network among Juárez-area purchasing and engineering contacts

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $300,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
