About The Role We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Senior Consultant to join our team and support integral HR transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Employee Central, experience leading full-cycle implementations, and the ability to work directly with clients and cross-functional teams.

This is a remote/flexible opportunity for professionals based in Latin America .

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations, from requirements gathering through deployment and support.
- Analyze HR business requirements and translate them into scalable Employee Central solutions.
- Design and configure organizational structures, compensation, benefits, and payroll integrations.
- Lead unit, integration, and UAT testing and resolve configuration issues.
- Provide functional expertise, solution guidance, and SAP SuccessFactors best-practice recommendations.
- Develop and deliver training for HR and IT stakeholders.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Support pre-sales activities, including RFPs, proposals, and solution presentations.
- Collaborate with project managers, technical architects, offshore teams, and other stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Stay current with SAP SuccessFactors releases,



new capabilities, and HR technology trends.

Required Qualifications

- 7+ years of experience in HR technology or SAP consulting.
- 5+ years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central experience.
- Experience leading at least 3 full-cycle Employee Central implementations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong Employee Central configuration and implementation expertise.
- Solid understanding of HR processes, including organizational management, compensation, benefits, and payroll integration.
- Experience with SFAPI, SuccessFactors integrations, data migration, and data import/export tools.
- Knowledge of SAP Cloud Platform/cloud solutions and HANA/HR analytics.
- Experience with tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Strong client-facing, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple engagements.
- Business-level fluency in English and Spanish, both spoken and written.

Preferred Qualifications

- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification or related certification.
- Experience with additional SuccessFactors modules such as Performance & Goals, Compensation, or Succession Management.
- Knowledge of Latin American HR and employment regulations.
- Experience with ERP implementations and HR business process consulting.
- Experience with Agile/SAFe methodologies.
- Experience working with geographically distributed and remote teams.
