Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP SCM Architect to lead the end-to-end design and integration of Supply Chain processes within an SAP S/4HANA environment .

The primary focus of this position is SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM) . The ideal candidate should have extensive experience with end-to-end Supply Chain processes and the ability to design and coordinate how SCM integrates with other SAP functional areas.

A key requirement for this role is strong experience with SCM integration with SAP EWM , including the flow of materials, inventory, master data, warehouse execution, and transactional processes between Supply Chain and warehouse operations.

The candidate is not expected to be a deep configuration expert across every connected SAP module. However, they should have a solid understanding of how areas such as EWM, MM, PP, LE, MRP, Procurement, Inventory Management, and FI interact with SCM and be able to identify, define, and troubleshoot the relevant integration points.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the end-to-end design of SAP SCM processes within an SAP S/4HANA environment.
- Define scalable Supply Chain solutions aligned with business requirements and SAP best practices.
- Lead the functional and integration design of Supply Chain processes across the SAP landscape.
- Design and oversee integration between SAP SCM and SAP EWM .
- Define how Supply Chain processes interact with warehouse operations, including: material movements, inventory, procurement, manufacturing, inbound and outbound logistics, master data, warehouse execution, and transactional flows .
- Identify and resolve SCM-to-EWM integration issues , dependencies, and process gaps.




- Work closely with SAP EWM functional and technical teams to ensure Supply Chain requirements are correctly translated into warehouse processes.
- Understand and define integration points between SCM and related areas, including: SAP EWM, SAP MM, SAP PP, SAP LE, MRP, Procurement / Procure-to-Pay, Inventory Management, and SAP FI .
- Understand upstream and downstream Supply Chain processes and their impact across procurement, production, inventory, warehousing, and logistics.
- Conduct Fit/Gap Analysis between business requirements and standard SAP S/4HANA capabilities.
- Identify process gaps and recommend appropriate SAP solutions.
- Develop and review functional specifications and integration specifications related to Supply Chain processes.
- Support the definition of key SCM enterprise structures and master data requirements.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, technical teams, integration teams, and business stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into SAP SCM solution designs .
- Provide guidance throughout the different phases of the implementation, including: solution design, build, integration, data conversion, testing, cutover, Go-Live, and Post-Go-Live support .
- Support the development and validation of integration test scenarios and business process test scripts .
- Identify architectural risks, process dependencies, and integration issues and provide recommendations for resolution.
- Provide SAP SCM subject matter expertise and solution architecture guidance throughout the project.
- Promote SAP best practices and scalable end-to-end Supply Chain solutions.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, Information Technology , or a related field.
- Approximately 10+ years of SAP experience , preferably including solution design, process leadership, or architecture responsibilities.
- Strong experience with SAP Supply Chain Management processes .
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end Supply Chain processes .
- Experience working with SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP ECC .




- Demonstrated experience designing or supporting integrations between SAP SCM and SAP EWM .
- Strong understanding of SCM-to-EWM integration points and process flows .
- Good understanding of integration with related SAP areas such as: MM, PP, LE, MRP, Procurement, Inventory Management, and FI .
- Ability to understand how connected SAP modules impact Supply Chain processes without necessarily being the hands-on configuration expert for each module.
- Experience with end-to-end SAP implementations or transformation projects .
- Experience with: solution design, Fit/Gap Analysis, functional specifications, integration specifications, testing, cutover, and Go-Live .
- Ability to analyze complex Supply Chain integration scenarios across multiple SAP functional areas.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with business users, functional consultants, technical teams, and project leadership.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Must be currently based in Latin America (LATAM) .

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementations or transformation programs .
- Experience defining integral or regional Supply Chain process templates.
- Manufacturing or process industry experience.
- Experience working in complex environments where SCM and EWM integration is business-critical .
- Previous experience working in an SAP SCM Architect, Solution Architect, Lead Consultant, or similar senior role .

Key Profile The ideal candidate is primarily an SAP SCM expert with strong integration and architecture experience . Deep functional configuration expertise across every SAP module is not required. The most important requirement is the ability to design and understand end-to-end Supply Chain processes and their integration with SAP EWM , while having sufficient knowledge of other SAP modules to coordinate the overall SCM solution.
