Role Description:

The Security Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Juárez, CHH. This position oversees daily security operations, including monitoring access control systems, supervising security personnel, and ensuring adherence to company security policies and procedures.

Supervisor will coordinate incident response, conduct regular inspections and risk assessments, and maintain accurate security logs and reports. The role includes collaborating with cross-functional teams, supporting employee safety initiatives, and providing training and guidance to security staff.

Supervisor is also responsible for recommending improvements to security protocols to protect facilities, assets, and personnel.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration,



Criminology, Law, Public Security, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
- English: 60% minimum.
- Experience in physical security operations, including access control, surveillance monitoring, and incident response.
- Skills in team supervision, scheduling, performance feedback, and coaching frontline security staff.
- Knowledge of security policies, procedures, and compliance standards relevant to industrial or technology environments.
- Ability to conduct risk assessments, prepare reports, and communicate clearly with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to stay calm and effective under pressure.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or lead security role, ideally within manufacturing, logistics, or technology facilities.
- Basic proficiency with office and security-related software (e.g., incident management tools, access control systems, reporting tools).
- High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in security, safety management, or related fields is an advantage.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CTPAT, OEA, security management, occupational safety), are beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Juárez, CHH, including flexibility for different shifts as operational needs require.
