Are you an experienced accounting professional looking to make an impact across multiple countries in LATAM? We are looking for a Senior Accounting Analyst to join our regional finance team and play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, reporting excellence, and process improvement across the region.
? Mandatory Requirements
✅ Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
✅ Strong experience in:
- Financial Accounting experience 5 years min.
- General Ledger Management

✅ Hands-on experience with:
- SAP
- Hyperion
- Advanced Microsoft Excel
✅ Solid understanding of:
- Local GAAP regulations across LATAM countries
- Internal controls
- Financial analysis and variance reporting
- IMPORTANT
✅ Advanced Knowledge with Auditories IFRS- MANDATORY This role involves frequent interaction with regional and general stakeholders, preparation of financial documentation in English, and participation in international meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead month-end, semi-annual, and year-end closing activities for multiple LATAM countries.
- Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and balance sheet analyses.
- Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements, local GAAP regulations, and IFRS reporting standards.
- Prepare and review statutory financial statements and support both internal and external audits.
- Maintain the integrity and accuracy of the General Ledger.
- Analyze financial variances and provide meaningful recommendations to support business decisions.
- Review and approve BRACS submissions.
- Coordinate with external accounting firms to ensure compliance with local accounting and tax regulations.
- Partner closely with Tax, Accounts Payable, Collections, and Finance teams across the region.
- Support process improvements, automation initiatives, and accounting control enhancements.
- Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on accounting and reporting practices.
