As a Senior Business Immigration Consultant, you will play a key role in managing employment-based immigration matters, partnering directly with clients and foreign nationals, and providing expertise throughout the immigration process.

What you'll do

- Independently manage a portfolio of employment-based immigration cases, taking ownership of case strategy, documentation, deadlines, and overall case progression.
- Work directly with clients and foreign nationals to conduct case intake, identify issues, troubleshoot challenges, and recommend solutions.
- Prepare and review complex immigration petitions and applications, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable requirements.
- Draft petitions, applications, and supporting documentation for a variety of nonimmigrant and immigrant visa categories.
- Serve as a subject matter resource on business immigration matters and provide guidance to junior team members.
- Partner with attorneys, clients, and internal teams to deliver high-quality immigration services and an exceptional client experience.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and enhance service delivery.
- Monitor case activity, workload, deadlines,



and productivity using case management and reporting systems.
- Exercise sound judgment, resolve issues independently, and escalate complex matters when appropriate.

What you'll bring

- 5+ years of business immigration experience, preferably with strong experience managing employment-based immigration cases.
- Bachelor’s degree, Associate’s degree, or Paralegal Certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of nonimmigrant and immigrant visa processes and procedural requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage cases and work effectively with clients.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with case management systems, Microsoft Office, and Excel.
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to mentor and support junior team members.
